Critical cuisine - The caterer who loved me (G)

»The caterer who loved me« is the gourmet label of the Karlsruhe Design University (HfG). Three disabled superheroes will open their »hero’s snack bar« for the first time at Typo – a pop-up restaurant that has the humble goal of changing its guests’ lives for ever. Prof. Florian Pfeffer will be talking about the concept of »critical cuisine«, about »social furniture«, the art of designing things that are almost completely useless, and about extinct cuddly toys and design entrepreneurs – a new business model for design.
