Registration

After registration you will receive a confirmation letter and an invoice. Please note that we may require additional documents or information such as verification of student status, name of participant, or any missing data. Our letter will confirm that you are eligible for participation subject to the settlement of any such outstanding matters. You will not receive a separate confirmation of participation.

Admission, VAT

For student admission, please enclose a valid enrollment certificate with your registration. All ticket prices will include a 19% VAT. Participants from abroad will not be able to claim a reimbursement, because the conference is a service, subject to German taxation and not a commodity. Please pay your invoices immediately.
 

Included in the Conference fee:

Admission to the conference and evening events, simultaneous translation (German/English) in both main halls, refreshments during coffee breaks and two hot meals (Friday, Saturday), as well as admission to the concluding event on Saturday. The program is subject to change without notice. Errors reserved. Legal venue: Berlin.
 

Conditions:

Limited number of tickets sold in all of the advance sale phases: Tickets guaranteed when bought in advance, until contingent is sold out.

If one advance sale phase is sold out, you may buy a ticket in the following registration phase, or be inscribed on a waiting list in case of cancellations.

A participant, who is unable to attend the conference, may name a substitute in writing.
Student tickets may be used by student substitutes, professional tickets, by professional substitutes. Full cancellation of reservations are possible in writing and free of charge until March 16, 2010.
Cancellations after March 16, 2010 (until April 30, 2010) will cost an administrative fee of 85 Euro.

There will be no reimbursement after May 1, 2010. Absence from theconference does not entitle to reimbursement of the admission fee.

Cancelled tickets will be resold immediately.

TYPO invites presentations of companies, projects, and ideas, and facilitates contacts with valuable target groups. Please mail us, if you are interested in being involved in TYPO.
